What the release is designed to preserve
- One main landmark supplied by the site shell, with a first-focus skip link and a separate navigation skip link.
- Keyboard-operable navigation with seven visible top-level choices, grouped Resources and More disclosures, internal menu scrolling, Escape and click-outside closure, and focus return to the trigger.
- Visible high-contrast focus, underlined content links, non-color active indicators, reduced-motion handling, semantic controls, visible breadcrumbs, and descriptive labels.
- A browser-local System, Light, and Dark appearance control that follows operating-system changes when System is selected.
- Progressive enhancement: content remains available without JavaScript; filters and review tools announce results through live status regions.
- Participation guidance requires accessible and lower-exposure channels, preserves dissent, and prohibits treating nonparticipation as consent or loss of standing.
- Tables, code, process diagrams, and menus remain usable on narrow viewports without body-level horizontal overflow.
- Every process diagram includes a caption and an expandable text equivalent.

Production verification
Test the exact deployed release, not only the source package.
The pre-v3.0.2 production review found a mixed deployment: root machine files were current while several cached human pages remained older, and the physical /examples/ directory shadowed the human Examples route with a 403 response. This release adds cache-key evidence, administrator repair and cache-purge controls, and separate human index routes for examples and downloads.
After deployment, compare the HTML vnwo-version meta tag, X-VNWO response headers, deployment manifest, root files, and visible page metadata before treating the site as coherent.

Include the affected route, browser, assistive technology or input method, viewport or zoom level, observed behavior, expected behavior, and reproduction steps. Do not send private files, credentials, or secrets.
