## v3.0.6 accepted implementation ideas

- Teleodynamic already references VNWO as the observatory lane; VNWO should reciprocally explain the ecosystem.
- A cross-site link routes authority but does not merge it.
- HTTPS is canonical; HTTP is redirect-only.
- Conflicting roles, releases, or source claims trigger no-op or human review.

- Participation must be connected to declared decision authority and actual open levers.
- The proposal and final decision should be comparable.
- Adopted, partially adopted, deferred, rejected, out-of-scope, needs-review, no-op, and superseded requests remain visible.
- Completed implementation claims require bounded evidence.
- Blocked and no-op work need reasons and reconsideration triggers.
- Material dissent, unresolved gaps, correction history, and exit impacts must survive summarization.
- Participation levels describe authority relationships; they do not rank people or prove one process is universally superior.
- Browser-local drafting remains no-upload, no-network, no-persistence, and advisory.

## Rejected or softened ideas

- Every form of opting out is surrender.
- Participation automatically creates consent, legitimacy, representation, fairness, or compliance.
- Every public post is indexed, archived, or used to train an AI model.
- Silence proves agreement, lack of concern, lack of knowledge, or lack of harm.
- Engagement volume proves support.
- A VNWO artifact verifies implementation or certifies a participation process.

## Source acceptance rule

A research claim becomes public guidance only when it is source-routed, bounded by uncertainty, connected to a concrete artifact, and compatible with privacy, accessibility, dissent, correction, refusal, repair, and exit. Inclusion does not establish consent, representation, certification, legal authority, model inclusion, or implementation evidence.
