# End-to-End Participation Trace

**Version:** 3.0.6
**Last reviewed UTC:** 2026-06-20T00:41:09Z
**Status:** Fictional reference trace

This guide shows the complete chain a reviewer should be able to follow:

1. **Readiness** - Was a real decision open, and were access, burden, dissent, response, correction, and exit conditions declared?
2. **Contributions** - What evidence, proposals, objections, and lived experience entered the bounded record?
3. **Dispositions** - Which requests were accepted, partially accepted, deferred, rejected, out of scope, duplicate, needs review, or no-op, and why?
4. **Dissent** - Which material disagreement remains unresolved?
5. **Decision change** - How did the proposal before participation differ from the final decision?
6. **Implementation** - Which commitments were completed, blocked, deferred, or no-op, with what evidence?
7. **Correction and exit** - Can the record be corrected, and do repair, withdrawal, export, revocation, fork, and exit remain available?

## Claim boundary

VNWO provides a static documentation pattern. It does not recruit participants, collect submissions, verify identity or representation, validate consent, certify fairness, democracy, accessibility, legal sufficiency, implementation quality, or institutional follow-through, and it does not guarantee that an organization acts on input.
